As a hurricane evacuee the staff was very supportive. I highly recommend this as an extended stay location

All the staff were extremely accommodating. It was a very quiet stay. Breakfast was delicious.

After booking rooms several times through expedia, we have noted that we always seem to be put in a substandard room. The room we were first put in the rubber seal on the shower door was missing so the bathroom flooded. The suite was an inside room with only one window. Then the room had a large leak in the ceiling which caused damage to the ceiling and for it to drop, the wall was soaking wet, and the floor was flooded. We were reasigned across the hall to the same type suite. This room had two windows and the maintenance was impecable.

Family stay

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The area seemed safe and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool seemed to be heated and was maintained very well - my kids had a blast cooling off in the pool. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and there was a wide variety of options. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and there were some rowdy guests even in the middle of the night.
