Wonderful surprise
We arrived at the "casita" after nine pm. We opened the gate to find the prettiest little pool area and place to stay. What a wonderful surprise ! Warm, twinkling lights amid florida foliage created such a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home immediately. Heather and Tim are terrific hosts. They went above and beyond anything that was asked of them. Everything was clean and neat. A perfect size for the two of us. If we come back this way,this is where we'll stay.

Perfect location for my quick trip to Tampa
I stayed at the casita during a quick trip to Tampa for my son’s cross country meet and it was wonderful. It was close to downtown Tampa. I felt very safe there (my husband ended up not able to join me because of a work trip) and Heather was a great hostess. The backyard was beautiful! The casita was very comfortable and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Fantastic Stay at Riverside Casita
We had a wonderful experience staying here! The size is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Location is almost perfect for a visit to Tampa as you are fairly central to everything. The pool was also a great benefit after a long hot day! Excellent communication from Heather throughout our stay as well.

Backyard Oasis
We wanted to stay in Riverside Heights for a few nights to be near family who had just moved to the area and this was the perfect spot. Heather was a wonderful host and answered all of our inquiries about local spots, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the area. We will be back.The studio unit was clean, private, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock on the river in the evening- pretty spot!

Mini oasis for remote work
Spent a few days to work remotely in a relaxing environment. Mornings by the pool, the day spent exploring Ybor City and the beaches, late evenings in the hot tub. A great location close to Ybor City and in proximity to major highways for exploring the outskirts of the Tampa Bag area. A welcoming community, owner included!

Birthday getaway
Our hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. The location is fantastic. It's quiet, secluded and handy to great restaurants and waterways, as well as Clearwater and St Petersburg. Our room was just lovely. A super, super comfy, sturdy bed, which was important because my husband is a big guy! We slept so great on it. We even loved the pillows! A Keurig, just like home with coffee pods. There was a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, all the stuff you need. Oh and the shower, awesome! Like being in a spa! The pool was fun to get in after a day of sightseeing and just watch the sunset. Along with the hottub it really felt like our own private resort and at such a great rate. We will stay here again on our next trip to Tampa without question.

We stayed 3 nights in the beautiful little guest house. It was so close to everything including downtown. We loved the access to the pool and dock on the river. The sunsets from the dock were amazing. Heather was an amazing host and responded very quickly!

We spent a long weekend in May and was the perfect place! Heather was so easy to work with and casita was the perfect size for a couple. The pool and backyard was a nice place to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this rental and will rebook of we come back down to Tampa.

Great experience - Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying at a property other than a hotel or resort on a vacation and we were not disappointed! The space had everything that is pictured. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival as I feel the pictures don't do the area justice. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, with ample space and seating, yet still managed to feel intimate and private. The indoor living space was also more spacious than I anticipated. We were travelling as a family of four, with a 4-year-old and 3-year-old in tow, and we did not once feel cramped. Our girls absolutely loved the pool and spa tub! So much so that we had to force them to leave every day to the fun activities that we had planned! They even asked to cut our beach day short to head back to their "new home"! Tim and Heather were both so kind to our family throughout our stay. It was so easy to communicate with Heather before we arrived, she allowed us to check-in a bit early and even had purchased arm floaties for our girls to be able to use in the pool. We appreciated all of their recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do, best ways to get there, etc. This property is so conveniently located to all the spots we had planned (Busch Gardens, Aquarium, Children's Museum, beaches). They also completely respected the privacy of our stay as well and we never once felt as they were impeding on us. Their sweet puppy was the icing on the cake! Our girls LOVED him!

Heather and Tim were perfect hosts. We appreciated their very helpful attitude and suggestions about what to do in the area. The Casita is beautifully decorated and very well stocked with essentials. Paradise in the City
We were spoiled the minute we arrived! The property was beautiful and the accommodations wonderful! We were impressed with the smallest details that meant a great deal to us: luxurious towels, k-cups, an ice maker, a pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator! We had access to the pool, hot tub and their dock on the river! The location was perfect as we were just 2 miles from George Steinbrenner Field where we watched a few Spring Training games! Our hosts were amazing! Offering many recommendations for restaurants and attractions! And they have the cutest pup Luigi! We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful little Casita Close to downtown Tampa
This Casita was perfect for our weekend stay. Heather was great at communicating with us. The outside was beautiful with the pool and hot tub. It was so beautiful to sit outside at night in the hot tub or eating outside at the patio table. The inside was spacious and clean and better than we ever expected. Would absolutely stay here again and again when in town.

We feel that we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay during our Tampa vacation. We have 12 kids between the 2 of us and never get away alone, so this was the best choice EVER as it was incredibly clean, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful! The outdoor space could not have been more perfect for us…the privacy, the pool, the beauty, and the hot tub was OH SO AHHHMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! The indoor space was lovely as well. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable and decorated with cozy touches and the bed was extra comfy!!!! Heather and Tim were fabulous hosts with excellent communication from the moment we booked our trip and throughout our stay sharing local tips to assist us in every way. We can’t thank you both enough. Thank you for helping us have truly a wonderful vacation!

We loved Heather and ? Tim's location, Amenities the dockview, tree swing, spa hot tub and pool. We've never rented a VRBO with the owners in their residence They gave us privacy.we stayed Friday night and Saturdaynight. Perfect location to get the Vibe of Tampa plus being close to downtown, University of Tamp, local neighborhood. Will recommend to a friend and return stay for us.
