Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean location. Neighborhood is starting to get revamped so it may look a little scetchy coming in but the actual property is in a nice area. Bed was not very comfortable but other than that it was a nice stay. Reminded me of a small cabin on a river type feel.

This is the first time that someone has provided negative
feedback on the bed. In prior reviews guests have commented on how comfortable the bed was.
I guess everyone's comfort level is different.
Glad you enjoyed your stay though.

Stay in Tampa

Only complaint was dishes and silverware were put away dirty. Had to wash everything we used.

Perfect getaway!

Relaxing, peaceful, great location

River view deck makes for pleasant evenings and morning coffee. Many nice small touches. Comfy bed, big towels, good shower. Complete kitchen gear. Comfy livingroom. Would return.

Perfect Retreat
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwaySeminole Heights was the perfect place for our short stay in Tampa! Not only was it comfy and quaint, it was extremely clean! Ed's directions and check-in instructions were super helpful, too! We will definitely stay here if we are ever back in the Tampa area!

The best of the best!
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter staying at several VRBO properties we can say that this one was without question the best. Property was immaculate and had a tremendous view of the river. Hosts Ed and Marianne could not have been more helpful and friendly!
Their suggestions for restaurants were spot on.
