I would recommend this property to anyone! It was nice and clean; tasty breakfast, 24-hr coffee. A notice taped beside the elevator mentioned promised upgrades to come. (I can only recall a gym as one of them because that is the first thing my daughter searched out.) My only personal negative was I forgot my white noise machine and it was much too quiet with not quite enough soundproofing for my sleep need. My adult daughter had no problem.

The hotel was ok, clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It was terrible. It’s near to a nice shopping area, very convenient.

The staff are not trained to care or the clients. It seems they do not like what they do. It is a very smelly place. Foods are very limited and staff do not care about clients. Even you hear their fight in the main corridor frequently. Terrible experience.

when we got to town (5pm) i called to verify that checking in later in the evening would be okay or we would come by, was told we had till 3 am to check in, arrived at 8 pm and was told they didn't have any rooms left , they had over booked and they were sorry. i said we had called to verify and was told " well we had rooms then"

There were mattresses in the parking lot, cigarette butts around the property. The pictures are a lie they are not the right hotel. The keys for the door said red roof inn. The water smelled horrible. One room reeked of smoke and while we just asked for a switch she tried to tell us to deal with it until we said we’d leave. Not worth the money do not say here
