Musty smell in pool house, peiperty manager did try to alleviate it it while there Landscaping and outside lights needed could lighting

Great spot
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were visiting family in Tampa, so this was a convenient location in a very nice neighborhood - we enjoyed the nearby park and splash pad. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The host helped us with everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm. One thing I hadn't realized is that the third bedroom is detached from the house and has no bathroom. It's fine for may people but with smaller children it doesn't really work. We used the couch for more sleeping space.

Lovely Property
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfect for our little group, very clean and updated. Fantastic master bath and we sure appreciated the laundry room with large machines!
Although we didn’t need these, the home was well equipped with items for families…toddler bed and porta crib, stroller, and several pairs of floaty, otter vests for pool time.
Very clean and well appointed kitchen and a large dining table. Our guys also enjoyed an evening spent playing with the foosball table
This home is on Ballast Point, a safe and quiet neighborhood super convenient to major expressways and downtown, the Riverwalk and Hyde Park.
Our host was very responsive and cared about our comfort and requests.
Definitely a place to put on your short list when you visit Tampa Bay.

Amazing Florida Getaway
