New 2024 Pool Heater!
The resort style pool with Pool Bar, flat screen TV, Frisbee Golf, Ping Pong Table, and Basketball Hoop says it all, but inside there is also a Pool Table, Arcade Machine, New Bonus Room upgrade~ 3 Recliner Couch w/ 85 inch Smart Sony featuring Roku, Apple and surround sound, 2 Smart TVs with On-demand and Netflix (please do not purchase movies, unless you expect to pay for them), x-box to play games and movies, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a Social Bar. The Social Bar, located off to the left of the living area, is a personal favorite and an excellent place to congregate before an evening out on town!
Pool is NOW heated. Large hot tub is heated separately.
New fire pit and a grill by propane tanks on back porch.
Walkway, floating dock, and dock for lake access!
There is a master king bedroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, king guestroom, 2 queen guestrooms and a split bath upstairs. The split bath includes a tub/shower with a door that separates another toilet and shower.
Downstairs there is a full bed guestroom and a full bath.
There are several owner closets and garage that are non-accessible.
Over 11,000 sq. feet of pool, house, and garage. The house alone, heated, is approx. 4500 sq. feet.
Absolutely no house parties or events!

Lazy river luxury
Stayed for 4 days and went in the pool everyday. It was amazing. Ordered DoorDash and had it delivered straight to the house for every meal. It was quiet and nestled in the back away from everyone. Perfect getaway spot! Loved it and will definitely be back.

Estate property with resort style pool
We had an amazing time celebrating our 25th anniversary with our kids. Everyone had their own bedroom. We had plenty to do at the house. There was really no reason to leave. We can wait to plan our next stay! Thanks Jen!!!

All I wanted to use was the hot tub
I was so sick of hot tubs not working on all my travels this past year, and this one was no different. The hot tub was not working and it did not get fixed till the last day I was there. I am sensitive to cold temperatures so the pool was too cold for me. Waste of money, I regret staying there. It was father’s day weekend and my dad was dead, so I was trying to do something to not be so depressed about it. Instead I waited all day father’s day for service they never called or arrived. Next day they let me know they had truck issues and never called to let me know so I could do something besides wait for a truck on father’s day.

Great place to have a family reunion.
The pool area was the main attraction for everyone. Close to stores and attractions. Nice home to enjoy, everything you need just bring your groceries. Our daughter was getting married at a venue called Crescent Lake which was 15 mins. away so this home was ideal for us. You want go wrong renting this place.

The house that had everything!
We had such a great time at this property. 12 of us stayed here and we had more than enough room for everyone. The pool was just as amazing as the pictures if not even better. So much to do for the little ones in our group that we never had to leave. We were a quick trip away from Tampa and close to lots of grocery stores. Jen, our host, was wonderful. She addressed all concerns and needs and gave some great recs on places to go with the kids and place to dine. Would love to make this home an annual vacation spot for us!

Great Place, Great Time!
Wow what a place! We had three families with kids and the place was plenty big and well furnished, had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely incredible, we found we didn't need to go anywhere (did do one beach day) because the kids and adults were having so much fun by the pool. Owner was very responsive to any concerns. We would definitely go back!

Great home for Spring Break!
Our whole family stayed here for Spring Break! We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. It’s a great home with everything you could need. It was close enough to Spring Training and everything we wanted to do in Tampa but felt far away from everything because the house sits so far back from the road. A real paradise. The host was very helpful and communicative. We had 0 issues the whole time we were there. We will definitely stay again!

Great house, great host!
We chose this house due to the proximity of the golf courses we were playing and the pool. We had 8 guys stay here comfortably. The pool is obviously incredible. Simply an amazing property. The host, Jen, was extremely responsive to our questions and was very patient with us. We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay overall but there were some disappointments. Towels provided were old and worn and not enough face towels for our group. Mattress pads were badly stained. Patio furniture was very dirty. Guests are asked to take garbage to entrance of driveway, which is about a 5 minute walk, not cool.

Pool With A House
Its all about the pool. Then its the home and amenities. Never a dull moment with all the amenities and plenty of space in this large home and property to find a nice quiet spot to forget you're only minutes from everything. We found all we needed to entertain our family of every age group. Never had a dull moment. Comfort abounds indoor and out. Waking up each day to the distant sound of farm life made for a good day's start. You wont be let down. Especially if you have any questions or needs as these are immediately addressed.

This property was amazing. The backyard pool was the best we cancelled our day at Busch Garden because my kids didnt want to leave the pool. This place is the best, but the best part of the whole expierance was our host Jennifer. She was responded to every request promptly. Looking forward to booking it again

Another great week
We absolutely loved the property-the house is wonderful and the pool…we’ll just look at the pictures! And when the kids are “pooled out” the have a game room upstairs with a huge TV, pool table, etc. Or they can go fishing off the dock And I can’t say enough about Jennifer Henry and her husband-always responsive, even to my stupid questions lol!!

Coolest Backyard Ever!!!
I can't begin to explain how amazing this home and backyard was! The perfect getaway from the cold weather in Michigan. We had 10 adults for a girls trip and the home was the perfect size. This was a great property. The backyard is of course the main draw, as it should be for anyone getting getting away from colder temperatures trying to enjoy a little r&r. Great stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property!! The house was exactly as advertised and very clean and well stocked. My family was so thrilled with the pool and outdoor space! It’s a great location convenient to grocery, stores and an easy ride into Tampa. Would highly recommend and stay here again for sure. The owners were very responsive when we had questions as well.
