Great place to have a family reunion.
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pool area was the main attraction for everyone. Close to stores and attractions. Nice home to enjoy, everything you need just bring your groceries.
Our daughter was getting married at a venue called Crescent Lake which was 15 mins. away so this home was ideal for us. You want go wrong renting this place.

The house that had everything!
Publié le 16 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such a great time at this property. 12 of us stayed here and we had more than enough room for everyone. The pool was just as amazing as the pictures if not even better. So much to do for the little ones in our group that we never had to leave. We were a quick trip away from Tampa and close to lots of grocery stores. Jen, our host, was wonderful. She addressed all concerns and needs and gave some great recs on places to go with the kids and place to dine. Would love to make this home an annual vacation spot for us!

Great Place, Great Time!
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWow what a place! We had three families with kids and the place was plenty big and well furnished, had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely incredible, we found we didn't need to go anywhere (did do one beach day) because the kids and adults were having so much fun by the pool.
Owner was very responsive to any concerns. We would definitely go back!

Great home for Spring Break!
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur whole family stayed here for Spring Break! We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. It’s a great home with everything you could need. It was close enough to Spring Training and everything we wanted to do in Tampa but felt far away from everything because the house sits so far back from the road. A real paradise.
The host was very helpful and communicative. We had 0 issues the whole time we were there.
We will definitely stay again!

Great house, great host!
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe chose this house due to the proximity of the golf courses we were playing and the pool. We had 8 guys stay here comfortably. The pool is obviously incredible. Simply an amazing property. The host, Jen, was extremely responsive to our questions and was very patient with us.
We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Publié le 27 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay overall but there were some disappointments. Towels provided were old and worn and not enough face towels for our group. Mattress pads were badly stained. Patio furniture was very dirty. Guests are asked to take garbage to entrance of driveway, which is about a 5 minute walk, not cool.

We have already discussed most of the feedback below. Your review in our home comment book was much more positive. Thank you for that. My cleaner and I feel there were plenty of towels for 14 guests, even though you were supposed to be 11 guests until you told me the day before check-in that you would be 14 guests. I happily reimbursed you for the extra towels that you bought during your stay. My cleaner and I have taken care of replacing any stained bed liners and cleaning outside patio furniture. Outside furniture did not seem dirty. For all guests, it is in our signed contract, contract on VRBO, welcome message, and both home binders that the garbage needs to be taken to Marsh Rd. by our mailbox and spaced 2-3 feet apart for mechanical armed trucks. Unfortunately, our county does not allow mechanical armed garbage and recycling trucks to come down our access road to our home. However, you did not take it out anyways. I happily did after you checked out. So, not even sure why this is mentioned. I also offered a 10% discount to apply to a future stay.

Amazing home
