Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home and its many outdoor features (outdoor bar/lounges, grotto, lazy river, hot tub, basketball court, tree-lined acreage, etc.) along with plenty of indoor areas for gathering, game playing, etc., offered many options for both a fun-filled vacation getaway. The hosts were exactly what VRBO renters desire: great communication as well as a comfortable, well-appointed home.

Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay. Lots of space, the pool area is amazing as described. Not too far of a drive to Downtown Tampa, but has the feeling of being far away from the city. Jennifer is great with communication. You will not be disappointed

Lazy river luxury
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed for 4 days and went in the pool everyday. It was amazing. Ordered DoorDash and had it delivered straight to the house for every meal. It was quiet and nestled in the back away from everyone. Perfect getaway spot! Loved it and will definitely be back.

Estate property with resort style pool
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time celebrating our 25th anniversary with our kids. Everyone had their own bedroom. We had plenty to do at the house. There was really no reason to leave. We can wait to plan our next stay! Thanks Jen!!!

All I wanted to use was the hot tub
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was so sick of hot tubs not working on all my travels this past year, and this one was no different. The hot tub was not working and it did not get fixed till the last day I was there. I am sensitive to cold temperatures so the pool was too cold for me. Waste of money, I regret staying there. It was father’s day weekend and my dad was dead, so I was trying to do something to not be so depressed about it. Instead I waited all day father’s day for service they never called or arrived. Next day they let me know they had truck issues and never called to let me know so I could do something besides wait for a truck on father’s day.

Sorry you had a poor experience, but my handyman was out there within 24 hours of a guest calling on Sunday of Father's Day, even with a blown engine. He turned the hot tub on with no problem. Seems to have been "User Error". I, or my handyman, unfortunately cannot fix that. Whomever I was talking to and texting with on the phone definitely had a much more positive tone and was thankful! I would suggest the spa at Sand Pearl next vacation. It is amazing ;-)

Great place to have a family reunion.
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pool area was the main attraction for everyone. Close to stores and attractions. Nice home to enjoy, everything you need just bring your groceries.
Our daughter was getting married at a venue called Crescent Lake which was 15 mins. away so this home was ideal for us. You want go wrong renting this place.
