Needs updating.
Posted Jun. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayIt was pretty clean, but some floors looked like a dirty string mop had been quickly swirled around. The tile floors are not set properly and they have missing grout in some spots. The bathtubs were clean but have chips as well as the frame for glass doors, but no glass. The shower curtains are hung above the frame. The faucet for the shower is hard to figure out where hot and cold are located. I turned the faucet to the right to get cooler water and it got extremely hot. The lights in the bedroom with the bunkbed are extremely dim. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. The tv was not working, but the owner did buy a new remote and fixed the problem.

Clean, Affordable & Easy!
Posted Apr. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was close to Busch Gardens, was very clean and just right for our small family. The pool was relaxing and easy to access. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite place to stay while visiting Tampa.

Tampa family spring break

Host was extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of and tried to help with any needs that would arise. Pool was nice and neighbors were so friendly. Would def stay there again in the future and recommend this property to anybody.

Clean & quiet condo
