From the minute we pulled up the staff was polite & welcoming. The valet, the front desk, the restaurant & bar staff were all AMAZING! I am definitely coming back to visit. Beautiful decor, and the room was spotless.

Boat Parade
Came to see the Christmas Boat Parade. Perfect viewing from pool deck on 3rd floor. Excellent dinner and breakfast on premises, Room exceeded my expectation! we will for sure return!

Over priced
we had to pay to upgrade from a dirty room. our shower was overflowing onto the floor. We asked for it to be fixed and no one did. Our toilet was not flushing properly, we also reported it and no one came to fix it. Last time I stayed here they upgraded me complimentary. This time they charged me. Also parking has gone up from $40 a day to $50. There were also so many extra fees added to the room. I will not stay here next time.

Better than average but not the best
Nice location and very clean. Couldn't seem to find the conceirge desk. The room was clean but they didn't replace some glasses we had used one evening. I wanted to take a bath and the knob switching from the shower to the tub didn't work. Not a deal breaker. The restaurant was superb.

Our stay was very comfortable at the Marriott Water Street. We were greeted warmly and were upgraded without even asking. You are able to hear some street noise from the room, but that’s to be expected for the location and there was a concert that night. On property restaurants were very good and good service. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Valet was great when we arrived. He even plugged in our Tesla to full charge for $15. Mia at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and upgraded our room to the best view of the bay! I love this hotel and highly recommend!
