Great place, location and loved the pool and hot tub. Play room fun too! TV provided youtube access for NFL games which was a bonus! Shame the fire pit didn't work but everything else perfect.

House was really cute. Everything was as listed. Property owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Nice quiet canal location.

Weekend Girls Trip

Communication was great and the property was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with friends. The host left out a s’mores kit that we enjoyed our last night. The host left a detailed binder that answered almost any question we could have about the house. The house is also walking distance to a grocery store if you are not renting a car while you stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to have a get together

Lovely Home

Pool area and backyard were great! House was very clean. Drive to Clearwater beach averaged 30-45 minutes.

Great house, great host! From check in, to check out; the stay was perfect. Clean house, great location, and Tom (host) assured our stay was perfect. (It was!)

Intro to tampa

The place was just as we expected. I was impressed at how clean it was. Could walk on floor with bare feet without out getting dirty feet. Many places advertise heated pool but when you get there it’s one temperature for all. This place allows you to select the temp you want. They also had the makings for S’mores over a table top gas fire pit. A nice touch since we like s’mores. Conveniently located to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants.

Easy access to freeways

Comfortable home. I wish the pool had been heated and I could have communicated with Tom with issues in the house.

The house was immaculate and set up with all the things to make the transition there easy and wonderful Having the water to be able see out the window was exceptional The communication with the host was perfection Strongly recommend

Christmas trip

Property was clean and well stocked. Putting up a Christmas tree was very appreciated! Location was as expected. Advertised as heated pool. I called 1 week ahead to make sure pool would be heated as promised and was told the heater was broken but would be fixed in about 7 days. The heater was never fixed for our stay so we were very disappointed at not be able to use the pool. No adjustment to the price of the rental was offered as of today.

Our Deepest Apologies, the pool heater did go down and did everything possible to try and get fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately that part was on back order and there was nothing we could do to get faster
