Good accommodations for the price

My sister and I traveled from Washington state, USA, and stayed here for two and a half weeks. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The property managers are very hard to get in contact with (they often do not answer when you call the phone numbers provided to contact them) and they don't seem to be very organized with when and which guests are checking in or out. They didn't give us all the information we needed to check in and get into the apartment until we were standing at the front door, and then they didn't know which code to give us to unlock the box with the door keys. It took several calls standing there with all our luggage, late at night, to finally get the right code.

I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. They have a patio at the back that can be used to relax but so dirty. The freezer was leaking They only supplied 1 each of kitchen towel and paper towels. We spent time figuring out what we need and ran to supermarket for these and others We arrived that kitchen water runs on hot water only and no cold The lights on one bedroom went out and never fixed Mismatched kitchen supplies Rules include that if any missing items- you’ll be charged $500 right away. These were all communicated to the owner So and so forth As a piece of advice: these stuff are easily fixable or very cheap to bring to par or beyond. You’re guests will be happier and will refer your place. How much are extra stuff- it’s not going to break your bank. Work on something that will make your guests comfortable not scratching their heads about discomfort Pros: The sheets were comfy

Trip to Guam

Checking in was an issue. I did not receive an email telling me the rental number or the code to unlock the key. We had to get people upstairs to call for us as our phones did not work. This took 2 hours. Then we left to go to the store and could not get back in as the door handle lock did not work. Had to wait another 2 hours outside for someone to come break the door handle off to get us in. Locksmith was there by 9 am to replace. Could not open the lock box when leaving and had to leave the key in the house. The apartment was clean and location was awesome. I would rent again. If they realize. The information on how to get in needs tobe sent 2 days ahead as when traveling you don’t get messages and you may not have seevice when you getto Guam
