Hotel close to beach and restaurants

Pour : Sa situation géographique
Emplacement : Beach, tumon road with all restaurants and shops
La chambre est spacieuse mais nécessite d'un coup de neuf, robinet cassé, tête de lit pas très nette, moquette à remplacer, dommage car très bien situé. Ce n'est pas sale mais pas entretenu, auparavant cela devait être un splendide hôtel.

入るなりゴキブリいたり。シャワーは壊れていたりトイレは詰まるしルームクリーニングは5日も滞在したのに言わなければタオルひとつ持って来てくれない。部屋はカビ臭いし良い所がひとつもなかった。部屋の内装などは高級そうなのにメンテナンスが行われてないので残念な感じです。リッチも悪くないので改善して綺麗なホテルになる事を願います。

good service but checking in was hectic, no aircon & slow, parking is better outside than within the building, our room is big(which is really good) the rest of the building is still in the process of renovation, paint smells on the hallway, aircon is on and off, elevator runs good but needed to be update on all scratches and needs to be clean

Although it is not on the seafront, it is close to Ypao Beach, so you can enjoy the sea. The location is great as you can walk to K-Mart! It was convenient that the toilet and bathtub were separate! However, it was disappointing that the hot water was not coming out well.
