未就学児の子供2名と大人2名で宿泊しました。 プールやビーチへのアクセスが良く、ホテル周辺にはショッピングエリアやレストランも充実していました。 ホテルの目の前には赤いシャトルバスの停留所もあります。 各フロアーに共用の電子レンジがあり、ランドリールーム(有料)やLEGOで遊べるキッズルームもあり子連れに優しいホテルです。 宿泊中には日本人スタッフの方が部屋へ直接連絡をしてくださり、困り事がないか聞いてくれたのも良かったです。 唯一残念だったのがチェックインの際のスタッフが笑顔もなく早口の英語で一方的に話をされ、朝食付きのプランなのにミールチケットをもらえずに翌朝のレストランでバタバタしたのが残念でした。  それ以外は総合的に大満足でしたのでまた利用したいです。

5박6일 가족여행으로 웨스틴리조트를 이용했습니다. 시설은 오래돼서 불편한 부분이 좀 있는데, 예를 들어 세면대 물이 좀 천천히 빠지고, 샤워헤드가 오래 되고... 하지만, 직원분들 친절하시고 응대도 바로바로 잘 해주세요. 웰컴드링크 쿠폰도 받았는데 로비에 있는 스타벅스에서 이용할 수 있어요. 야무지게 잘 썼습니다. 그리고, 수영장도 깨끗하게 관리 잘 되어 있고, 바로 투몬비치 연결되서 놀기 너무 좋아요. 1층 테이스트 레스토랑 조식으로 이용했는데 맛있었어요. 그리고 괌 햇볕이 엄청 뜨거운데, 도보 10분내 투몬시내 왠만한 곳 다 가능해요. 접근성이 좋습니다.

The staff were very friendly. Room size was great. Housekeeping was good. Restaurant for breakfast was fine. Lots to choose from the buffet breakfast. Pools were good, beach was lovely. No complaints.

ホテル環境自体はとても良いです。 日本語の通じるスタッフが少ないので、英語が自信ない方にはおすすめできません。

Excellent hotel!!

家族と滞在しました。2度目の滞在です。 2部屋予約してましたが、到着時に1部屋しか準備ができていなかったので待ってました。予約していた部屋よりもグレードアップしてくださり、また、テレビがつかないなどありましたが全てとても丁寧に、かつ、対応も完璧でした。スタッフの方も親切で、安心して宿泊出来ました。立地もよく、食事や買い物も便利です。
