like big space apartment, don't like old pillow, stiff spring bed and old deflated sofa.

Older, very unclean rooms. Walls, sheets, dishes and floor were all dirty and had multiple stains. They didn’t change the sheets since the last customer until I asked, you could see their hair on the sheets still. No amenities. Didn’t clean the room each day, didn’t take out trash. Tons of bugs. No heat at night. No extra towels or blankets. Dishes in the apt still had food and grease from the last customer. If you need a place to stay and no where else is open, this will work. Otherwise choose a different hotel. Not worth the price.

Towels were not provided. Shud hav written in ur website. So upset with this. Very difficult to buy towels at nearby shops furthermore gave headache to guests!!! It is a normal practice for any resorts to provide towels❗️❗️❗️

I came for a vacation with my family last weekend (30/6/18 - 1/7/18). ended up with extreme frustration. I was allocated at room 428 which totally messed up. The room was very smelly, mattress and pillow had staines, bathroom was slippery, dirty and mossy. Cooking utensils provided but was oily and dirty but no dish wash provided. We was totally disappointed with the receptionist whom was very rude and unfriendly. The room condition does not look the same as what shown during booking. This property is highly not recommendable to anyone.
