Nice place to stay. Room cleaning can be improved. Toilets not cleaned. Used glasses not washed & just left around as they are. Breakfast was same daily, cold & not tasteless

The best hotel for this area

Excellent hotel. There seems to be a debate whether it's a 5 star hotel or a 3.5 star hotel, but I think 3.5 stars is a good compromise. And it's the best one in this category. Might be pricier compated to other nearby hotels, but it's far higher quality and in a very convenient location. It has a great breakfast that our room came with mixing Western and local cuisines. The room is spacious and has a great balcony and great bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room is spacious with everything you need. Nie staff, Very good location close to town. Amazing breakfast.

I have two point to highlight 1. Breakfast- have a lot of choice but the menu & taste so average. Nasi lemak & sambal total failed. 2. Hairdryer so old & kettle is dirty ( filter section ) I expected everything to be good because this hotel very new in Cameron. But it’s ok, I’m not really upset. Sorry if my word is harsh for you. I don’t have problem with other services.Only that there is room for improvement.I am not willing to be call for the things I said. Thank you..

Two Facts You Need To Know B4 booking

Firstly. This 5* hotel DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL OF ANY DESCRIPTION. Secondly. The driveway from the town to the hotel lobby is a 200 metre 1 in 2 incline. Totally unsuitable for anyone with a heart ❤️ condition or mobility problems. Absolutely rediculous that the hotel offers no transfer support. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I did not sleep for 3 nights. This hotel over sold and under delivered. Avoid.
