We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff.

We have 3 babies, it was late, and obviously, the owner was searching an appartment for us, probably ours was already rent by others, as we had an another appartment than what was on the site...The appartment was dirty, a cochrache on the floor, the kitchen was disgusting, no toilet paper, the carpet and towels were so dirty. And the owner has to be punish to publish photos and rent a slum. We will ask booking.com a refund for sure for this nightmare.
