Hotel di tengah kota Tg Balai

Check in sangat cepat. Book connecting room karena kami sekeluarga 4 orang sehingga sangat convenient. Ukuran kamar sedang. Kamar mandi dan kamar tidur bersih, hanya seprei agak kotor ada bercak2 dan kami minta ganti yang bersih. Breakfast lumayan.

Didnt like when upon arrival i was given a 50% discount on first night because i travelled by the ferry only to have it withdrawn as booking through expedia nullifies the discount and the excuse why it was given was the staff in attendance was new and inexperienced. Also in the Aero Cafe...clearly placed on each table..30% discount for a specific orderbetween happy hours of 1500 to 1800 hrs. I sat down at 17.20 to order it. At first i was denied this discount on the premise that this offer was no longer valid. Then the waiter changes his mind and says the discount is only 20%. Only when the boss himself walked in was this matter settled. On Saturday 1st Feb. I had booked for a party of 10 adults and 3 childrenfor my 1 yr old grandsons birthday Paid a deposit of 300,000rp. Come 1st Feb at 7.30...pm...no sign of my orders. After making a few calls..food arrives at 7.50. But not according to my specifications which i placed early on 30th Jan. 10 nasi goreng...only 9 arrived...10 iced tea...11 arrived...10 3 scoop ice creams...only 1( one...yes...one)arrived...I felt embarassed with my guests....next day the bill was readjusted accordingly. Buck up ...get some training done for your staff...if i ever comeback...for sure it will only be to stay...no more ordering of food...
