The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are amazing. I had a room with ocean view which was so nice.

It seems that they are understaffed in the restaurant, but very quick service for the room service. The establishment looks like not in good maintenance, it's new establishment but looks older than it should be. When we were there, they are renovating the pool, so we cant use the pool. Location is great because it's near to the harbour for the land hopping. All in all, it's okay.

Beautiful Belitung, friendly peoples

The hotel is ok, staff friendly, the only problem lots of little ants especially in the bathroom, even after being fixed it will come back again, also no hand towels at the end using more main towels the need to be replaced everyday. Otherwise I am happy with the service.

Upon check-in we realize that the booking we made changed without our acknowledgement and it made our stay unhappy. understand it is not the hotel fault but this has made our stay unpleasant. there are a few place hotel can improve in future. 1. we stay for a total of 4 nights. housekeeping clean up our room however they did not clean the floor, change the bedsheet and toiletries was not fill everyday. 2. we ordered room services. As per the menu, the food come with seafood but when it delivered to our room, it's only vegetable and seafood missing. 3. we ordered mix juice (Avacado + dragon fruits) but when they deliver to our room, it became pure Avacado juice and we paid for mix juice price.

Room was clean and comfortable,however, it got mosquitoes which disturbed my sleep. Love the infinity pool but water not that clean as guests did not wear the proper swimming attire. Food was not that great. I had uncooked meat on my bbq dinner and my half boil egg was not cook too.
