The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Ferry Terminal. The hotel is clean and modern designed The rooftop bar has an amazing view. Across the road there is a cafe where its very chill and had goos food too. 2 24-hours pharmacy is a stone throw away and its adjacent to Jln Merdeka where ther locals go to shop, do marketing and find food.

The room is newly renovated but the Toilet has bad smell that come in to the room. The location is not too far from the Ferry terminal. The breakfast area is comfortable but the foods quality and variety need to be improved.

Not recommended - too noisy! Service not good!

Surrounding noisy starts early daily plus nearby rooster nonstop from 4.30am, disturb sleep. Hotel newly renovated but security card access to lift havent activated. Walk way so dark even at 10.30am so they hv to open the window and who knows someone might climb in! Took lift up to level then hv to lift up luggage walk down staircase around 25steps, breakfast no good. Service is lousy, hv one issue but the mgr was so rude, the staff was ok. Tried the highest price inhouse massage but not didnt cover some parts of body, the body scrub substance dropped all over room, made a mess. Nothing to eat nearby. I will not recommend this hotel

Bad service

My friend room door at mid night sudden open and hotel very bad service to handle it. Hotel very noisy at surronding.
