We did not like the size of our room or the fact we had to walk up two steps to get to the bathroom in the room.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your room. We try our best to communicate room particulars through descriptions and photos on 3rd party booking websites like Expedia so you'll have a clear idea of expectations. The Wildrose room is indeed a micro-queen room and on our own Inn on La Loma Plaza website it is very clear that it is small in size (with steps to the bathroom) and on the second floor with no elevator.

This is an historic property and is unique and lovely in that respect. However, a few modernizations could help; a new shower head for example. The shower tile grout was very dirty. The person that checked us in seemed like he didn't really want to be there. No ice machine. Breakfast was great!

Nice clean older property. Bed and furniture good. Need some finishing work as some windows wouldn’t open and trim, etc needs attention. Basically pretty nice but for me wasn’t really worth $400 per night.

We never stop working on maintenance related issues in our historic property and appreciate hearing what needs attention.Your chosen room is one of our most expensive at 340, as others in your traveling group likely had already booked our less expensive rooms with prices starting at 179.

We really enjoyed staying here - it was convenient, clean and cute. Each room is different. The owners were super nice and worked hard to make sure every guest had a nice stay. A bonus is their springer spaniel, Winston, who helps show you around the property. Would gladly stay again.
