Clean. New rooms with good maintenance. But towels provided only after asking. Hot water system is solar and erratic, especially early in the morning. DINING Is very limited. Appears to be severely Understaffed.
Charges are high for such location. But services are not matched. But reception staff is friendly, but helpless to do more.

Unpleasant Stay - Not worth the money paid
Publié le 28 déc. 2021 sur HotelsVery bad maintenance. Bathroom was stinking nastily. Balcony was broken and wasn’t fixed till the end of stay. As soon as we checked in we made service request and nothing was done, we requested to switch us to a different room and they denied saying they were overbooked. We were forced to stay there since it was booked everywhere and they denied refund.
While checkout, they added someone else restaurant bill for Rs.817 to my account and demanded me to settle. I asked them to provide them any proof of bill or something that it was us who had dinner since we didn’t eat at their restaurant at all. After a long wait they found a bill that had Rs.817 amount with different room no written on the bill.
The entire stay was unpleasant and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We deeply regret to note of your dissatisfaction about your stay in our hotel We would like to inform you that to improve the quality of housekeeping service necessary steps taken to ensure that your next visit to our hotel would be more comfortable. Moreover bill amount or Rs 817.00 wrongly posted in Room no. of 512 instead of room no. 517. I take sincere apologies for the act of laxity from our staff member ( Rs 817.00 refunded to you the same movement )
