The room was fine, nice relaxing pool area, convenient to Tavern for dinner. Reception staff could of been friendlier.

Hi Christine, We would love to know how our staff could have been "friendlier".Not only did we make an exception for you to reserve a second night directly at a cheaper rate, but we also made an exception to allow you to cancel it, if need be, when you checked in. Our normal policy is to charge a full night's rate for a cancellation made within 48 hours of check in.We also welcomed you into our dining area after breakfast had closed so that you could do your sewing.We feel we were very accommodating to your needs so would love to know how you think we could improve.

Needed updates, I got sick from the unclean air in the room from aircon. No ventilation.

Hi Shelley, We would love for you to elaborate on your review in regard to 'updates'. All of our rooms have smart TV's, new air cons, new chairs, could you please tell us how we could further 'update' our rooms. We're also sorry to hear that you got sick, perhaps this was from the current weather we're having as it flares up a lot of people's hay fever.Our air con filters are regularly cleaned, and all of our rooms have either sliding doors or windows to allow ventilation.
