You Get What You pay For
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsFor an over night stay on our trip to Outer Banks it was adequate for our purpose. For our purpose the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The rest kind of needed a cleaning overhaul.

I was away from home and worked a full day and was exhausted at 1am. The front desk person, or hotel manager, said that she could not find me in the computer. She immediately went to bed and did not respond to calls from Hotels.com. The took my money and never provided a solution or a refund. Abhorent!

Absolute worst place to stay anywhere

I literally witnessed 4 separate illegal transactions in the parking lot before I went in to tell them I would not be staying. It looks nothing like the pics online as well as. The lobby smelled like a sewage facility. The woman in the front office held my ID hostage until I gave her money to cancel the room. If you dont care about your safety, this is your place to stay. This place needs to be bulldozed. DO NOT STAY HERE.
