The property was in the old town section of Tarifa. It was located so close to the port and many old town streets, restaurants and shops. We were there in late January and the room was very cool. But the location overcomes any minor room inconveniences.

I called the hotel the day before and the lady on the phone said that I need to call her in an hour before arrival and she will give me a code to enter the building . I was calling the whole hour and she never picked up the phone. She wasn't in town and for some reason didn't pick up the phone. When we arrived, there was another lady who waited for us. But if the owner would let us know that someone expected us, we wouldn't be so worried. Overall we felt ignored. If something would happen in the property, we would be on our own. She didn't pick up the phone. And wi-fi was absolutely terrible.

A totally unique and wonderful place to stay!

The host could not do enough for us, even going off to get wound dressings for a grazed leg! We loved every special moment spent here and can’t recommend it enough!

Veronica is the most amazing, caring and attentive hostess ever - she took me to the ferry office to get my to get my ticket to Tangier, and gave me advice about arriving and navigating in Tangier. And Tarifa is a gorgeous gem of a seaside town. I would love to go back and stay at her place again! Thank you, Veronica!!
