Great Cabin for the stay

36th Anniversary
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayBrought our paddle boards and went up and down Hondo creek fmany times rom the steps of our private dock. Great location to visit Garner for the day.
So private and peaceful that we extended our stay two more days.

Great Texas hill country getaway!

Great property, peaceful & remote.
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay overall, cute cabin with all the basic necessities. The location is very remote and private, we unfortunately had some noisy drunk neighbors to contend with during the weekend.
I'm glad we brought a doggy dock with us, as the shore line is steep and inaccessible. It worked well for our Lab, but was still too deep for our pug. We found a nice accessible water crossing in Tarpley to take the pups to.
Watching thunderstorms roll in on back porch was the highlight of the trip, truly beautiful.
