Staff were polite and welcoming, The room was very small with toilet in one corner and shower in another the shaving light did not work and could not be repaired as it was out of date. No breakfast or evening food available despite it being adverisised on their website. The whole ptemises could do with a renivation.

Publié le 3 déc. 2023 sur HotelsSecond time staying here first time we enjoyed very much same time of year for shopping in chester..Nice welcome. but the room was cold bad draft through the windows. We were freezing ..toilet was very noisy that was situated by the bed. Tv didn't work ..did ask for someone to come and take a look .but said nothing could be done as window are old said tv was due to cold weather ..we came home a day earlier than planned. But did get a free drink in bar for inconvenience..wont be staying again

Upon arrival i was shown to my room by the barman, i asked him when they stopped serving food and he said he wasnt sure. I told him i would ne down about 7pm.
I got down to the bar at 7.15pm, ordered a pint, looked at the menu and asked to order food, only to be told the Chef had gone home. The Barman knew i was coming down but apparently said nothing to the Chef, ended up going to the indians next door which wouldn't have been my first port of call.
I wont be returning.
