Hyvä kolmen tähden hotelli. Sijainti keskeinen. Aamupala oli tarpeeksi monipuolinen mm erilaisia mehuja, hedelmiä, juustoja, leikkeleitä ja jogurtteja. Erittäin hyvä ilmastointi, varsinkin kun ulkolämpötila oli lähellä kolmekymmentä.

Bit of a hassle

At arrival there was confusion about the reservation - there was two instead of the one we made. Our evidence was only pointing to one. Hotels.com app and confirmation email showed one but the pre-registration sent by the hotel showed a different room type. We did not receive a pre-registration of the room type we ordered. We will claim the difference of the higher price. Front desk was helpful to sort out what seems like a system error or error by the hotel. Shortage of parking place. Ended up moving my car 3 times in the first hour to avoid a ticket. Breakfast ok

Upon reviewing your booking, we noted that two separate reservations were made for different room categories, which accounts for the price difference.The hotel waived the charges for the second room as a goodwill gesture. However, you opted to stay in the higher category room, which was at a higher rate. We would like to clarify that the hotel cannot make reservations on behalf of guests through online channels. The fact that two bookings were made within two minutes of each other indicates a likely error during the booking process. Your initial reservation was for a standard room, but the online check-in you completed was for a premium standard room.We are glad to hear that our front desk team was helpful in resolving the issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the parking situation. Nice and tidy hotel, pretty much everything within walking distance. The breakfast was also great!
