The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. The heavy curtains were closed, chairs were placed at either end to hold them, and the bottom of the curtains were blowing out by 15 centimeters. The heaters were barely working in the sitting room and bedroom so we were cold all night and came down sick. We had tried calling the property in the early evening and got no answer. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes or silverware, only coffee cups and alcohol glasses, but no sink or even trash can, except for in the bathroom. We had booked for three nights but checked out the next morning, but they still charged us for three nights. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. We'd probably eat there again if we are in the area, but we will never stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback.Due to this, we improve our level of service and make adjustments to improve living conditions in our hotel.Taking into account your comments, we agree that, in fact, the bedroom in the "Suite" category room is not enough for many things.We take into account the fact that it is possible that the panoramic door and window frames were not tight enough and because of that, the temperature in the room was not quite comfortable. As a rule, we promptly respond to such comments and eliminate the cause (breakdown) that occurs. If it is impossible to eliminate this breakdown, we replace the number of a similar category or a higher category.In the suite, there is a guest room, which has a minimum set of dishes for tea and coffee, as well as a mini bar... Unfortunately, the kitchen in this room category is not provided and there are no appropriate dishes. However, it is possible to order food and drinks from our eco restaurant.Regarding the additional attributes of the room equipment, - we take into account your constructive comments regarding additional trash cans, additional shelves for clothes and implement it in the near future.Regarding the response service, unfortunately the administrator has not received these comments to be able to respond to them. We listen to our guests and do everything to satisfy their needs (comments, corrections). In the event that we receive these comments after the guest's vacation has ended, or in the event that the guest's vacation is interrupted, we will not be able to address these deficiencies to meet needs. It is a pity that due to the lack of communication (bad mobile connection, for objective reasons) we did not receive a phone call from you and could not respond to your comments in time.Regarding your reservation, which was for the period 20.02.2023 - 23.02.2023 (3 nights), the payment was made in accordance with the specified period of stay and the terms of cooperation of the Expedia group.However, due to the interruption of the order, you could not use this service and live the entire period, according to the terms of the reservation... Nice Resort, Good Scenery, Remote

We had a good time here, the views are great, the resort is comfortable for a family trip, and the staff were helpful. The rooms we a little noisy, you'll be hearing your neighbors' footsteps, crying babies (yeah, that one was ours), snoring, etc... but there are also private cabins available for those who want more quiet. There is grear hiking in the area, but to get to any shops, restaurants, or markets, you're gonna need to drive, which is a little inconvenient.

Koruna ist eine der Top-Adressen in den ukrainischen Karpaten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtert und va. mit einer guten Qualität. Das restaurant kann mit einer großen Auswahl an ukrainischen und internationalen Spezialitäten punkten. Beim Personal ist uns Miroslava aufgefallen, die sehr engagiert und zuvortkommend ist - sie spricht perfekt Englisch!

Great place, mountain views, superb breakfast, staff is very helpful. Hot pool is available only in summer. Spa is a bit pricey, we have found better alternatives.
