It was ok..

The entire stay was okay. Felt safe & comfortable. I wasnt completely happy at sign-in. Felt like we were treated with very, very little respect. ( i will leave it at that ). Mom was happy, so I will be happy.

The room smelled like pee and there were stains on the floor around the toilet. We checked out same night, could'nt stand to sleep there. Property was not kept up either, staff very unpleasant.

The room was clean but no drain plug to take a bath, the drain closure for the sink was broken, bath towels were extremely small, no TV channel guide to help find local channels, breakfast was skimpy and had to ask for more fruit to be put out, gnats and fly's were a problem around the sink area.

When my workers got there at 9pm, the hotel employee/manager/owner, not sure of his position, told my workers that hotels.com doesn't charge enough and made them pay an extra 60.00. They had traveled from Oklahoma and were very tired and ready for sleep so they paid him. I called hotels.com and they told me they contacted the property and that the 60.00 was a deposit. I called the hotel back and he told me he was never contacted and they would not get it back. Very disappointed in hotels.com because I have reserved thousands of hotels and they were not truthful. And obviously will not stay at this hotel ever again.
