Business stay at Castle Hotel
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLovely comfortable hotel with parking right in town centre. All hotels now charge for their parking so I expected this. Staff were very friendly and yet professional. Room very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was ok, location was shockingly bad

Upon arrival at 4pm on Wednesday, we were greeted with a group of topless guys all drinking in groups at the entrance of the car park. This only got worse later in the day when the group got bigger. Lots of anti social behaviour including someone being chased with a knife outside just past midnight resulting in a police attendance and chase. All in all would not stay in Taunton again.

An excellent stay to attend a family celebration. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Hope to return sometime.
