Was so very Lucky to find this nice village Pub! plenty of rooms! Great food! Great beers! Very clean rooms! Its a old building so it has its quirky side to it! Loads of secure Parking. My host Wendy was superb & did her utmost to make my stay a perfect one! 10 out of 10.

I had a lovely time staying here with my two sons. The breakfasts were particularly nice, and we all felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

I would like to know why you left such a review. You checked in to a room that had a shared bathroom - this was clearly marked on all the booking details. Within 10 minutes you appeared at the bar and left the key saying you would be staying elsewhere and that is was nothing to do with the room or the staff. Now you leave a one-word review. There are three rooms that share a bathroom, this is clearly stated on all details and priced accordingly. Our prices are extremely competitive. We have a large number of repeat customers who use those rooms and speak highly of the accommodation, the food and the service. I am very upset that at the time of booking-in you should state that there was nothing wrong and then leave such a review.

A little overpriced for what it was , a basic standard room with a double and single bed,, sociable and pleasant host wish lovely breakfast.
