j ai trouve cet hôtel très mal insonorise' par rapport a la route très passante , le débit internet est médiocre, il n y a pas de restaurant et c'est très dommage, le lit était très moyen, par contre c'est très propre

Le séjour s’est très bien passé, le personnel était très gentille mais le confort et la propreté pas vraiment ça. Très peu de vaisselle pour un appartement familiale 2 chambres. Le drap du lit parentale était déchiré, la moquette effilée à plusieurs endroit, l’arrière du logement jonché de saletés . Ça fait plusieurs années que je loge dans cet établissement mais je n’y retournerai sûrement plus.

Hôtel bien situé, pas loin du lac

Pour : Gentillesse du staff
Contre : Climatiser les suites familiales (5 personnes), mettre un Landry 24/24 h
Emplacement : Quartier très calme
Pas mal l'hôtel, bien situé. Ce qui est dommage en tout cas concernant la suite familiale pour 5 personnes que nous avons réservée, elle n'était pas climatisée, une chambre en bas avec un lit dans le salon et 2 lits dans la mezzanine, pas de climatisation et pas assez d'aération et on avait un ventilateur qui faisait du bruit donc on ne pouvait pas le faire tourner.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review we greatly appreciate the feed back, Why did you not raise the issue with the fan as we have plenty The weather this year has been incredibly warm during your time with us but aircon for a period of 30days per annum would see room rates significantly increase and we pride ourselves as supplying much more for your dollar than others in the market.

Greeted with a very offensive smell in our room. I'm surprised the cleaners never noticed it when preparing the room. Facilities otherwise very clean.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused due to offensive smell. If i am not wrong i believe you have stayed in room 10. Your partner has shared her experience upon checkout. As advised we have checked the room for anything which can cause that smell but unfortunately, there was nothing. Thank you for appreciating about other facilities. I hope i can convince you to stay again with us and would recommend you to reserve Lakeview unit this time. Regards

very ordinary

A cold, noisy, pokey room with very basic facilities. Not good value. And finding lipstick on the glassware doesn’t enhance the look.
