.just heat pump was not working

great house great location bit cold

The heating was the only issue
once we got the heat pumps working they really didn't heat the house at all. the central heating system in the house was not working so the 2 small heat pumps in living areas wasn't anyway near enough for cold Taupo nights.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your review. I am inserely sorry the heat pumps weren't working during your stay. I have established why they weren't working on the heat function was because a previous guest had set the timer on the remote which meant they wouldn't heat outside the time set. To eliminate this occurring again the cleaner checks the timers aren't set after each checkout now.
I am always only a phone call away to help with any matters that may arise during the guests stay.

Perfect 2 family getaway home
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was amazing, lots of room, was great for two families, let us all enjoy everyone's company but have space at the same time, especially with having the kitchenette down steers.
Also loved the fact town was only a couple of minutes walk Will book this again next year if available.

It is such a big house for groups or families.
We are allowed to have early check-in at 2pm which is perfect with our schedules. Easy communication with owner which is appreciated.
We found stains on dishwashers and toilets, spiderwebs on windows. The floor in the kitchen is a bit sticky. If more cooking amenities could be provided, it will be great.
