The property was just as advertised, excellent. The owners were fast in response to questions and very accommodating. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Great location

Rental is in a good location. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. House inside was nice. Very comfortable. Very disappointed with the deck area. There was no shade . Umbrella didn't have a weighted stand so the wind kept blowing it over. The wooden deck needs to be replaced. We got slivers from the railing and floor. The slider going out to the deck did not have a screen so we couldn't open up the house to enjoy the breeze. The listing said a grill was available. It was missing a burner and took us 45 mins. To grill hotdogs. When we got there there were dirty towels behind the bedroom door. Several days later when we needed to do laundry we found the washer packed full with wet clothes. One day we had a knock on the door. Opened the door and the termite man just barged in. He was nice but didn't even give us a chance to welcome him in. We kept telling him we were just renters but he went through the house looking for termites. Fyi, all is good on the termite situation. These things should be taken care of when there are no renters. I think if a few maintenance things are done the rental would be perfect. My opinion, your front door is a renters first impression. Paint it! Paint it bold. Paint it beautiful.
