Ocean View Suite, Top Floor, Updated

Renovated suite with 2-bedrooms, 2 full baths located on the top (4th) floor with ocean and sunrise views, in a gated community. Positioned on the Atlantic Ocean between Key Largo and Islamorada, bordered by protected mangroves and beautifully landscaped grounds. The suite has 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. There are two small balconies with views of the ocean. The kitchen has a quartz counter and all the standard pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer, with hair dryers in the bathrooms and more. The living room features a 65” TV. With Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom has a 50" tv - as does the 2nd bedroom, balcony and water views. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower.
The property includes: a private beach, a junior Olympic size pool, a large outdoor jacuzzi and marina* on site. There is a pool side bar and waterfront lounge that has a full bar, as well as a lite food menu.
This is a family friendly community in a great location and with plenty to do both on site and nearby. Besides all the normal kitchen items and spices, we provide high speed internet and a printer. There is no smoking and unfortunately no pets.

Our suite has a germicidal UV light system installed in the HVAC equipment. This constantly treats the air as it flows through the HVAC system. Germicidal UV light is an established method to help in the control of bacteria, germs and viruses.

We have a small desk in the master bedroom for those who may have some work to do and want a separate area to do it in comfort.

As there is no maid service during your stay, this means that the guests have sole and exclusive access to the home. If guests do not want to eat out, our complete and full kitchen allows guests to cook all their own meals or easily serve prepared food. Of course, if some issue should arise, we would send the appropriate person to correct it. Also, the check in process just involves stopping your car at the front gate, then proceeding directly to the suite.

*If you wish to bring a boat, up to 28’ with proof of insurance is required and slip fees apply. Arrangements can be made with the onsite management. Taxes and a cleaning fee are added.
