Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay in this resort was great. The condo was so comfortable and convenient to stay in. Everything you need is there. All directions were posted. Really enjoyed our short stay. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Hi Ricky,
It is true, you will not see the Gulf from my unit. That is on the west side of the island, my unit faces the Atlantic Ocean - with wide open views in every direction. I am a bit confused about not being able to swim at the beach, it is shallow, like everywhere in the keys, but I sure do see people swimming out there. Even still, I do thank you for the 5-star review, and hope you had a smooth journey home. I wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season.

Great location and views

Our host Cindy was great. The location and views were better than pictures showed. Spent a lot of time at the pool and on the balcony watching the water. Condo was clean and well maintained.
Pool was well maintained and very clean. It was nice to have bathrooms in the pool area that were just as well cleaned. They advertised a bar at the pool and a food truck/cafe, but neither was open during our week there. These must be only available during certain seasons. Property was well maintained and we were never inconvenience due to landscape trimming or trash pick up. Staff we encountered was always pleasant. The beach needs more sand, but overall our stay was great.

Some things that can be improved include knowing the Unit number prior to arrival, knowing that the property management company will NOT allow guests on premises (2 car limit, no exceptions), and the wifi info was not posted or communicated

I am glad that you texted me to say that you enjoyed your stay, and that the multiple texts back and forth between us were helpful in guiding you to contact Alexandria to make arrangements for your boat.
Unfortunately, you lost the information text with the condo unit number, but how glad I was to get that to you before your check in time!
Also, the wi-fi is clearly posted on the wall at the entrance. I'm sorry that you were not able to get that working for you, but I am glad to have provided my personal wi-fi access information within minutes of your request.
Effective communication has always been a priority for me, and of course that needs to be two-way communication.
I was especially pleased when you texted me to let me know that you lost your phone somewhere else other than the condo!
