Séjour mitigé au maravu Lodge
Publié le 17 nov. 2023 sur HotelsL’emplacement et le cadre est vraiment joli mais nous n’avons pas retrouvé la gentillesse des Fidji au sein de se Lodge.
Le bungalow supérieur et sa salle de bain extérieur n’est pas pratique en cas de pluie.

There is no power from 11am - 4 everyday. Staff very unhelpful in arranging tours. Property is quiet and spread out.

Taveuni first time
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck was good. We got our rooms at 11.30am since we arrived early. Room was in good condition. Hotel is run on generator power. So there is no power between 11am to 4pm. This not a issue really as during that time we were out. The bar should carry better wine selection. A little inconvenience with the restaurant as we need to pay when served, so we need to carry either cash or card everytime we go to eat.

Resort needs renovation/maintenance. Good for short stay because its close to Airport.

Our stay at Maravu Resort was a great experience. Whilst the accommodation was abdicate there is a lot of upgrading to be done. Any problems we had were attended to immediately. They were only the Air conditioner & Fan. The Staff and meals were fantastic. The lady in charge (Laisani) was friendly & attentive to our needs. Would recommend the Resort to everyone

Fantastic staff, always willing to help. Made our stay very personal and enjoyable. The activities they put on were great and there was no pressure to do them, however you were made to feel incredibly welcome if you did.

The staff and their service were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful whenever l needed anything.
My only complaint lies in the lack of facilities in the room itself. At $175 Au a night l expected at least a fridge, jug and toaster. I was bought a jug on request by a helpful staff member. But much cheaper places have provided the above plus cutlery and china, even microwave ovens.
Really at that price l believe more should be on offer. This complaint is for the admin staff only. All other staff were wonderful.
