It is a run down 1 star hotel. Reception is actually at Bay Inn hotel.

It was an old fashioned motel , no frills and I like it but it could use just some remodeling. It was very clean and I liked that it was quite compact and I could park right in front of my room. It woukd have nice if the motel itself had its own breakfast bar instead of having to walk next door. It was a great short getaway and well priced.
