Joe was not a good guest. His group broke an outdoor patio umbrella, burned two outdoor side tables as firewood and disturbed the neighbours. We have simple house rules one of which state fireworks are not permitted at anytime, yet they set off fire works at 11pm on a Sunday night on a non holiday weekend. They also flushed water balloons and unflushable wipes down the toilet causing the septic to back up and breaking the pump. This has caused countless hours of clean up and $1000 in damages. We do not recommend this guest to future hosts.
