Wonderful house

Lovely Stay for Large Groups

Close to Oban but far enough removed that it’s away from city traffic and is quiet and relaxing. Large, clean space, very comfortable for our large group. Would stay again!

Night away with friends

The house was perfect for the big group, the outdoor space, hot tub and number of bedrooms and bathrooms in particular. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. The host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Short Stay with Friends
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here for a few days with some friends and had a lovely time, ideal location with short drive/train into Oban. Hot tub was a definite highlight, the house was in amazing condition and very comfortable. Thanks for having us! :)

Family Gathering
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property suited our needs, there were a couple of snagging issues on arrival which were very quickly dealt with after a phone call to the property owner who was very helpful
We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house

Excellent base for watersports, hillwalking and cycling
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house provided an ideally located base for all our outdoor adventures in Loch Etive, Loch Awe, Glen Coe and the network of quieter roads which can be accessed from Taynuilt. There are some maintenance issues with the property which is why the overall rating is 3 stars. I have made the property owner aware of these issues. For those with younger children also be aware that there is no physical barrier between the property and the main A85. Nor is there a barrier between the garden and the adjacent building site for the Taynuilt Inn.

We had 15 guests ranging from 4 to 79 - the accommodation was perfect for all of our needs…it was warm, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a particular highlight. Gillian was approachable and helpful if needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and the area.

60th birthday celebration
