Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis owner was completely unresponsive! I reached out multiple times before check-in to get travel information and notify him of my arrival, and you know what? He ignored every single message! When I finally showed up at the location, it was a ghost town—no one was there! I immediately reported this unresponsive owner to VRBO support, and they assured me they would find me an alternative accommodation the same day. Well, guess what? It's been over 14 days, and I still haven't seen a single penny refunded for this booking! VRBO hasn't done a damn thing to make it right! Their so-called customer service promised a quick resolution, but instead, they left me to fend for myself like some homeless person on the streets with ZERO help! I'm still waiting on my refund for both this booking and the money I had to shell out for hotel nights out of my own pocket! This owner and this company are an absolute disgrace! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them like the plague.
