NEW HOTEL TIBILISI
Publié le 29 mars 2018 sur HotelsDans notre réservation le servise aller retour à l'aéroport a été indiqué 50 GEL. Mais l'hotel nous a réclamé seulement pour aller 60 GEL.. Le prix officiel pour un taxi étant 35 GEL aller.. Nous avons trouvé le servise proposé extrêmement cher et injustifié..

Good but...
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HotelsWhen we wanted to book it says the hotel has restaurant and bar but they said they permanently closed them. So it’s a lie to advertise and get money and then….
Another problem is the service that we should call them several times to send just a simple drinking water.
The room was clean and comfortable and location was great.

One thing I absolutely love about this property is a breakfast. It is served on picturesque terrace on top of the building with a city view and very-very good in terms of dishes
One thing I do not like is that after check-in I was put in the room with a heavy smell of smoke. Like somebody was smoking in the room. Staff provided me another room for one night and refreshed the air. I moved back, but cannot get why smoke smell could not be removed during regular room cleaning, without waiting for me to complain.
