Very quiet inside and perfectly located near a lot of bars and restaurants. Very clean and having a washing machine inside the flat was just perfect for us

Superbement fait, dans un style mêlant construction en bois traditionnel et design moderne. l'hotel est placé au centre ville entre les deux principaux quartier de la vieille ville.

It's a great apartment hotel with superb service. We had a family suite for one night. It was very well equipped and modern but with preserved historical details and some nice artwork. There is free parking at nearby parking lot. You have to inform reception about your car number and they take care of payment before your departure. There have been comments about noise and owners replies with promises to take care about it. It seems that they have really taken care of it as we didn't heard anything from other rooms and cafe across the street was quiet at night. It really seems to have a very good management taking care about everything.

Really good location. Minutes to freesom square, peace bridge and loads of great restaurant. The street itself is lively too. Loved the staff. They were so friendly accommodating. Design Suite was perfect for a family of 4.

Hand down the best hotel in Tbilisi, hospitality and customer service is on another level! When I was having issues with booking a rental car, hotel staff just gave me theirs, when I needed to extend my stay because my flight got change, there was no issues I just stayed in my room for extra hours after check out. Anyways, hotel was amazing, customer service and staff were the best!!!

The room was really clean and nicely decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a washing machine. Everything is very pleasant and the children really liked the apartment.

- Minus: The walls are cracked (the part where two perpendicular walls connect), and if your neighbors speak loud, you can l hear them clearly. And we happened to have a super-loud couple next to us. I was with my teenage child; he was feeling in this environment, while we could not take a rest in our own room. This reminded me of a poorly managed student dorm. - Minus: I ask the management to find a solution. The middle management came back with a response that I have seen for the first time (as a hotels.com gold member, I have been in more than 100 hotels for the last 6-7 years). They told me, “Sorry we can’t help today, and we can’t provide you solution tomorrow”. After a couple of rounds of energy-draining negotiations (including an email that I sent to their corporate mailbox, identification of the LinkedIn profile of the founder/owner, etc.), they agreed to put us in a better room, charging us extra for that service. As a result, I ended up spending 300$ more than I was expecting. - Minus : the quality of the internet was poor or more precisely said “non existant”. The management tried to help me, but they have not been able to fix it. - Minus: On Monday early afternoon for an hour or so, the middle management turned the reception area into a “hanging around area with friends”. If this was a student dorm or fraternity house that would have been fine, but this is a family-oriented hotel (with amenities and extra beds). - Plus: as opposed to the middle management, Lasha

The apartments are quiet, well designed and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and responsive. Great location.
