Beau parc pour profiter du soleil.
Seul point négatif, le café qui est très très léger.

One area where improvement can be made is the laundry service: the hotel likely uses very hot water because some clothes lost color and shrank. Otherwise, this is a pretty good hotel

Publié le 26 janv. 2023 sur HotelsTiflis'in ana caddesinde, çok iyi konumda ve makul ücretli bir otel. Diğer önemli yerlere taksiyle 5-10dk, yürüyerek 10-20dk mesafelerde. Misafiperver ve yardımsever personel ile zengin bir kahvaltı var. Aile odaları içeriden geçişli. Şehir parkı içerisinde olduğundan gürültü yok. Otelin dibinde, park içinde 10 masalı ping-pong salonu da var; 8 Lari/saat (Gel) Sevenlere duyrulur.

- there were no toothpaste and toothbrush!!
- the shower giving water into toilet and making it useless! There were lots of water came and stayed there and they used a towel to clean toilet! I think they will put the same towel into next room bathroom!
- the area is full of stone and you can’t take your baggage
- the receptionist doesn’t know english and we used Russian translation but he didn’t do any thing!
- the breakfast is same every day!
- there were no tea or coffee or any other thing in the room
- the room was verrrry small
- the air conditioning was designed very bad for that small room, so if we turn it on after 2 minutes the room was very hot and we had to turn it off then at midnight we caught cold because of bad heating system
- the wifi connection was slow and without password!!

Dear Jafar,We are very sad that you didnt like our service, All of equipment which you write we have everything in the room, its changing everyday, maybe single item was missing you could call to reception and they bring it to your room.Our Hotel is located inside Park so its quite difficult from other places,Whole our staff is speaking English/ Russian and Georgian Fluently so we never had a problem with communication.We are looking forward to host you Again.Best RegardsUrban Team
