Very large, comfortable house in a great area
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our 2 nights here as a drop off place to visi Milford Sound. The house was big enough for 8 people (4 bedrooms). The views out the windows to the snow capped mountains were beautiful.
The house had everything you would need from a fully equipped kitchen to a larder full of pots and pans The only thing we needed to provide was washing powder. A bonus for families is the table tennis table in the large back room.

Hiking weekend

The bathroom arrangement is a bit odd with a singular toilet in a room upstairs as well as a sink and shower (only) in a separate room on the other side of the upstairs space. The beds are comfortable but make sure to take shampoo/conditioner etc. as that is not provided. Overall, a perfect place to stay for a long weekend of exploring and hiking.
