Nice hotel
Publié le 15 déc. 2023 sur HotelsThe hotel was in a good location. Several dining options very close by. Transportation in and out of the hotel area was readily available. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that there was several nightclubs near the hotel. At night time there was often loud music, which could be heard inside the room. Of course, that is not the hotels fault, but is worth noting.

The picture on the app are not from the Hotel that we stayed because they don’t say that one is close. We stayed at San Francisco or Martin I don’t remember. The room was big and clean but was facing to the side from the restaurants and they were loud. The a/c didn’t cool. The breakfast wasn’t that good.

I stayed for a week in this hotel, to begin with the attention was terrible we paid a lot of money to stay in this hotel and the people in the lobby are very rude they put many meaningless restrictions there was never parking in the hotel and we had to go to another hotel to look for parking without caring that we were with underage children in the rain the food was lousy the same every day, if they want to change dollars even for a little stain they do not change them…

Regarding parking, we always depend on occupancy, the week of your stay the occupancy was very high and in those cases it is difficult for us to reserve space, but we always do our best when our clients are accompanied by their family.
Regarding the reception service, I would like to know if it was all the staff in general or a specific shift, this would help us a lot to improve our service
