Un coin de paradis

Un bel endroit pour se ressourcer, un jardin du paradis et une plage de sable noir magnifique, une très belle surprise pour nous, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit plein de charme et une énergie très positive

I loved my stay here! It's a beautiful space and loved waking up here every morning. It's quirky and some parts are a little dated but all it needs a quick repaint. The local staff were all friendly and helpful though I didn't appreciate the way they were treated by one of the expat managers. When dealing with people of a different culture who have different expectations/understanding, patience and compassion are paramount. Especially since the Balinese are such a friendly, heartful group of people to begin with. Otherwise you just ruin any good vibes. If you find yourself frustrated with a Balinese, the issue isn't with them, it's with you.

As you could see there have been some changes in our resort and team to make the Felicianas fit for the future. Sometimes changes are not easy to accept for all members of the team. We are proud to say that several staff is already working for 15 years or longer with us and we absolutely agree with you that patience and compassion is the most important guideline in working with our wonderful Balinese people.
After the last weeks, we are glad to offer work to all our team members for the next 20 years again and give them and their families a peaceful and safe surrounding for the future.

A hidden gem, a little paradise.
Publié le 26 juill. 2018 sur HotelsFelicianas Resort is a little paradise, with beautiful surroundings and clean and nice rooms. There is a very friendly atmosphere and the staff is kind and helpful. The focus on harmony and balance makes the resort a place you will reload and relax, still there is also room for kids, which is nice. We loved the seaview from both rooms and pool, and we liked how meals were prepared and served as if we were guests in someone else's house - very personal. You can use the tap water to brush your teeth which is also really nice! It truly is a hidden gem - but maybe too well hidden, because we were the only guests, which meant that a few things were not up and running, e.g. the pool bar and yoga class. We can absolutely recommend this very unique and beautiful place to both families and couples.

Publié le 19 mai 2018 sur HotelsReally nice place to just relax beside the ocean! The resort grounds are very beautiful and peaceful! They have a yoga room, restuarant, and library/meditation room. The staff are really nice as well!

A beautiful hidden gem in bali
Publié le 23 août 2017I absolutely fell in love with this place the first time I came here. It's right on the beach, and the property is gorgeous with blooming flowers and lots of exotic plants. I loved the yoga room also. theres such a peaceful and serene vibe here, it really allowed me to relax, and unwind. The staff are so friendly and kind, and the food is delicious! It's definitely my favorite place I've stayed in bali so far, so much so that I came back a second time. I highly recommend this resort!
