The perfect location in Herzliya

We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. This beach, and those adjacent, are some of the nicest in Israel. The apartment is terrific; both it and its balcony offer a beautiful view of the beach and Mediterranean. If the beach isn’t your thing--the pool is gorgeous and quiet, as is the apartment building. Though we had a car (with great indoor parking), it's a two-block walk to a promenade with restaurants, stores (including a pharmacy and grocery store), and a branch of the legendary 24/7 Abulafia bakery. It's also just down the way from terrific beachside restaurants. Etty was an attentive and warm host, though we didn't need to pester her much because everything went smoothly. We look forward to staying in her place again on our next trip to Israel!

CCTV in operation on the property

The location is amazing the apartment is pleasant but the owner is a nightmare!!!! She watches who comes in and out of the property and kicked us out before time if we wouldn’t pay $2000. We had family staying in another property in the building and they came to visit us. She claims we had parties. Which we did NOT. She came to check the property and saw everything was in order. She was rude and arrogant. The only way I managed to stay at the property (not until the paid date) was to agree to leave 3 days prior. I later found out that she had double booked the property. Be very aware. If the property is owned by ETTY tread carefully

( CCTV in operation on the property ) I am sorry you don’t like the cameras all over the building and outside my property. This is done to make sure all owners and tenants are safe and respectful of the property. ( The location is amazing the apartment is pleasant but the owner is a nightmare!!!! Which we did NOT ) The reason VRBO canceled your reservation is because documentation of violations were sent to you and them about your violation of contract by: having 5 people staying at apartment while you paid for only 2 people, having party in the property, taking stuff out of the property, giving the key to kids and different people which don’t stay in apartment. Letting people enter the apartment and line up outside apartment to have showers after coming from the beach. All above documentation of violation were sent to you and VRBO in order to give you the option to pay for the extra people staying in the apartment although only maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in apartment. My neighbors alerted me and complained about the massive noise and traffic of people getting in and out of my apartment. ( She came to check the property and saw everything was in order. She was rude and arrogant. The only way I managed to stay at the property (not until the paid date) was to agree to leave 3 days prior. I later found out that she had double booked the property. Be very aware. If the property is owned by ETTY tread carefully ). You were not in the apartment when I came to check the apartment and take pictures 2 days before your wife checked out. She was there with another man who claimed to be her babysitter. There where few things that weren’t in order and your wife claimed they were there before. Obviously she is wrong as I took picture before you all checked in and also asked you when you checked in to let me know if there are any issues in apartment and your wife replied: “THE APARTMENT IS GREAT”. How is it possible to double book? I myself had to take 3 days of work to take care of issues before another guest is checking in on 12/09/2022. Just to remind you, your wife contacted me few days after your initial booking telling me she made a mistake on the booking and needs to check out earlier so I accepted her request and credit you $300. Please explain to me why do I deserve all the name callings and headaches you caused me? You rented my wonderful property and I treated you with respect while you in return took advantage of me and my property. This bad experience is teaches me to be more careful to whom I rent my apartment to. Etty

The stay was excellent

We had no issues with the property, made service, or the location which was right next to the beach, a mall and dining.
