Clastrophobic hotel in a good location

Overall, only minor complaints with a lot of positives.
The room was smaller than expected, but large enough for two to sleep comfortably. Bath towels that are also smaller than expected (and that shed little fluffs of cotton) as well as hand soap and body wash (both from wall-mounted dispensers) were included. As another reviewer wrote, the shower leaked but, as was not written, all Israeli showers leak and the squeegee that was right next to the shower made short work of the leaked water. It's important to be aware that most "extras" such as early/late check-in/out, storing luggage before/after your stay, daily cleaning, etc. are available for an additional fee.
All that said, if all you need is a place to sleep at night, and don't otherwise plan on spending much time in the hotel room, this place was perfect and came at a great price. The bed was comfortable, the from was clean, and the location was amazing (just two blocks from the beach and three from Dizengoff Street and the best falafel I've ever eaten). All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again.
