Great place for a vacation

My family, had a great time staying here, Great location, everything is close by, the beach, restaurants, shopping center. The villa with 5 bedrooms and a pool, was as decribe at the picturs, clean and quiet and well worth the money. Would stay here again!

Expectations management

This property is in an excellent location, has a nice (though small) pool, and the main floor feels large and spacious. The owner was also friendly and communicative. However, overall the property was tired and fell well below our expectations for a luxury property. Furthermore, to avoid future mismatches of expectations, we suggest you check the other listing for this property (which has lots of reviews) and here are some questions you may wish to ask the owner in advance, if you are considering this property: Will all light and plumbing fixtures be in good working order? Will there be 10-20 cockroaches dying outside the property and occasionally inside near the doors? Will there be security cameras filming inside the property on the common areas such as kitchen, lounge, etc? (“because the insurance requires this”). Will all doors and windows lock properly? Will the owner show up on arrival with an additional contract to be signed, specifying that the tenant will need to pay electricity and water charges, require an additional cleaning charge beyond the cleaning charge paid at the time of the booking, and wanting credit card details in advance for these additional charges. Why are there air fresheners set up to regularly spray many locations on the ground floor? What is the condition of the washing machine and dryer? These are things I wish we had clarified before our stay, and that might have led to a better match of expectations and reality. I gave it three stars because of the location, size and pool. Some members of our party argued for lower. In any event, we would not return. End

When you read, this long review, one gets an impression, that this guest arrived to buy our property (and not to rent it for few days) and all the day long, he was looking around for remarks or bugs. Changing lights bulbs from 150 units that are lighting, this is something to mention, just ask the owner to change any faulty one. Dying cockroaches outside of the property, is it something to mention. (after a discrimination). You don’t like the surveillance cameras, just ask the owner to close it. you don’t like the air fresheners set up in some locations, just ask the owner to shut them. etc. etc. etc. All of this remarks are coming from a fastrated guest, that didn’t like to comply for some extra payments that are mention clearly at our lease agreement that was accepted by the guest upon booking our property. Next time, please respect the contract that you are signed on it and please go to other properties to find what is wrong in your eyes..
